Do you send gifts on behalf of me?

Sure! request our special packing and provide us with the address details to deliver your gifts to your beloved ones!

Do you have a catalog?

No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from us. Plus, with all the styles that we carry, a catalog would be as big as a phone book! If there is a particular style or product that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you locate it.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on thegiftalist.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment.  Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item.  Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.  If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

Prices on the website include tax?

Yes, all prices on the website include sales tax.
Tax amount will appear as a separate item in your quote and final invoice.



I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 1 day of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you marked your order as “gift”, your items cannot be returned, only exchange will be available within 1 day of receiving the products.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• For reasons of hygiene, no exchanges will be offered on Accessories.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Goods returned within 1 day will be exchanged for items of the same value, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.

If a product is defective, we will first try to repair it; if not repairable, we will exchange it for a new piece; and only if not exchangeable will we refund its total value.

For reasons of hygiene, no exchanges will be offered on Accessories.

I want to know if you carry a specific brand/color/size/width?

After click store, select which category you are looking for, then click on button located at the left of each category page "Ribbons, Price, etc." which is a filtering system enables you to filter out what ever you need.

Or you can use the search engine in the top of the home page and type any key word you wish. all results in all categories will be available for you.
